Temporary Insurance Accounting Officer

About the role

Ayvens, a mobility company managing over 3.1 million vehicles across more than 40 countries, is looking for a Temporary Insurance Accounting Officer based in Zaventem. The role covers administrative tasks related to insurance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage administrative tasks related to insurance activities.
• Identify, scan and upload documents and emails received.
• Manage invoices received from suppliers.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting and first-hand experience in Accounting.
• Team player who works proactively and efficiently, with a strong focus on quality and client centricity.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in Dutch, French and English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Ubench, Miles, Voxtron and Sun is a plus.
