Technology Architect

About the role

As a Technology Architect at Stanley/Stella you will turn strategic AI ambitions into operational reality. You will design a vendor‑agnostic AI ecosystem, define future engineering practices and establish the architecture, standards, governance and platform capabilities that enable sustainable innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deliver an Enterprise AI Reference Architecture and target AI technology stack within the first year.
• Build a production‑ready Agent Platform, establish MCP standards and API‑first integration patterns.
• Create AI governance frameworks covering prompt engineering, evaluation, drift monitoring and AI‑assisted engineering.
• Co‑design AI‑ready data foundations with the Data Lead and guide technology choices across AI platforms, cloud services and front‑end frameworks.
• Evaluate modern web technologies such as React, Next.js, low‑code platforms and composable architectures.
• Establish standards for automated testing, security reviews and production readiness.
• Drive adoption, measure compliance, set KPIs and continuously improve standards through communities of practice.

Required profile

• Strong background in software architecture and AI‑driven engineering.
• Appreciation for security, resilience and operational excellence.
• Ability to work closely with data teams to ensure AI‑ready data pipelines.
