Technical Trainer – Aircraft Engine MRO

About the role
Safran Aircraft Engine Services Brussels is seeking a Technical Trainer to join its Training Team. You will be responsible for delivering hands‑on, methodological training to Technical Performers (jet engine mechanics and inspectors) on inspection, disassembly and re‑assembly tasks for LEAP jet engines.
Key responsibilities
- Provide practical training on work instructions (SO) for engine modules, parts and complete engines.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and work instructions during training sessions.
- Collaborate with team leaders, operations managers and HR to schedule and coordinate training plans.
- Communicate critical issues to operations and suggest improvements to the training process.
- Assess and validate the skills of Technical Performers in consultation with supervisors.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in aviation or related field.
- In‑depth knowledge of good aviation practices and aircraft engine maintenance principles.
- Strong educational and instructional abilities.
- Ability to prioritize training activities and respond to unexpected quality events.
