About the role

Join TEKsystems as a Technical Recruiter and become the primary point of contact for top IT talent. You will work in a fast‑growing environment, helping clients fill critical technology positions while building lasting relationships with consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit top IT candidates and manage the entire recruiting cycle from sourcing to placement.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants to match them with the best opportunities.
• Screen candidates, evaluate experience, and align their career goals with client needs.
• Understand clients' business and IT initiatives to ensure cultural and technical fit.
• Negotiate compensation packages, including wages and benefits, to attract and secure talent.

Required profile

• Interest in a performance‑based environment that includes outbound calling.
• Enthusiasm for networking and clear communication.
• Grit, tenacity, and determination.
• Business fluency in Dutch and English.
• Extra points for previous sales or recruiting experience (including internships) and experience in a performance‑driven setting.
