Technical Project Manager – Ticketing Equipment

About the role

The client seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead three major technical projects within its ticketing programme. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of equipment installation, de‑installation, recycling and ongoing hardware maintenance across the Walloon territory.

Key responsibilities

• Define and validate deployment strategies and installation plans for ticketing equipment on vehicles and rental fleets.
• Coordinate on‑site installations, verify quality, manage test platforms and organise pilot roll‑outs.
• Plan and execute the phased de‑installation of legacy equipment, including specifications, dismantling, storage, recycling and urban infrastructure rehabilitation.
• Design and implement an operational maintenance model, covering spare‑parts management, contract monitoring, SLA compliance and preventive/corrective interventions.
• Control financial and contractual aspects: analyse supplier orders, validate invoicing, monitor budgets and prepare financial reports.
• Lead a cross‑functional team of internal experts, regional business units and external suppliers, ensuring alignment, risk management and regular governance communication.
• Maintain a strong field presence with frequent travel throughout Walloon Belgium.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing technical projects in mechanical/electrical engineering or ticketing equipment.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and stakeholders across multiple regions.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the Walloon territory.
• Fluent in French and English.
