Technical Program Manager – Product & Engineering

About the role

Collibra is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex product and engineering programs across its global organization. Based in Brussels (or Prague) you will work closely with product and engineering leaders to coordinate delivery, manage dependencies, and drive technical priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end business programs, ensuring functional integration and change management.
• Drive projects from initiation to delivery while adhering to the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Partner with release management and NPI stakeholders to improve go‑to‑market processes.
• Develop and maintain agile and program delivery metrics for continuous improvement.
• Provide clear visibility and communication of portfolio status to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading complex technical programs in a software engineering, R&D or product engineering environment.
• Strong ability to translate technical and business requirements and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and risk‑escalation skills.

Required skills

• Agile, Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Shape Up methodology or experience adapting Agile/Scrum to fixed‑time, variable‑scope models.
• Understanding of SaaS environments, software architecture and engineering dependencies.
