Experienced Forward Deployment Engineer (f/m/x)

About the role

Join the Forward Deployment Engineering team to take AI agents from contract signing to live production in insurers' mailrooms, managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts and ensuring ongoing performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end onboarding, from kickoff to go‑live, configuring agents for each customer’s workflows.
• Develop Python integrations with back‑office systems using REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and platforms such as Make or Zapier.
• Fine‑tune prompts, evaluate LLM output, and design agent flows for new use cases.
• Conduct architecture and security discussions with customer IT teams (SAML/SSO, mTLS, data privacy).
• Translate field observations into concrete input for Engineering and Product road‑maps.

Required profile

• Fluent Dutch speaker with strong English communication skills.
• Self‑directed professional able to manage 6–10+ accounts simultaneously.
• Enjoys direct customer interaction, including kickoffs and technical workshops.

Required skills

• Proficient Python for production‑grade code.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and modern agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph).
• Integration expertise: REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, Make, Zapier.
• Knowledge of security protocols such as SAML/SSO and mTLS.
