Team Assistant – Business Development & M&A

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Team Assistant to support our Business Development, Mergers & Acquisitions and A&IM teams within a fast‑moving biotech environment. The position is a freelance contract with a hybrid work model based in Anderlecht, Brussels.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel and expense reporting for multiple stakeholders.
- Organise conferences, team events and assist with presentations, documentation, reporting and file management.
- Support ad‑hoc projects related to Business Development and M&A activities.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners, providing occasional support to a wider team as needed.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience in administrative support within a corporate or international environment.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Fluent English (mandatory); additional French or German is a plus.
- Proactive, flexible and adaptable approach to a broad range of tasks.
