Tax Technology Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Tax Technology Consultant to join KPMG’s Tax and Legal advisory team. You will help clients modernise their tax processes by applying digital tools and data‑driven solutions, while gaining exposure to a variety of tax‑related projects across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate process‑improvement workshops and gather requirements for tax‑specific solutions.
• Perform functional analysis for projects such as Transfer Pricing and BEPS Pillar II.
• Collaborate with European teams to design and implement tax technology solutions.
• Implement Tax Control Frameworks, cafeteria plans, and ERP VAT health checks.
• Develop workflow engines for compliance management and customise internal tax‑return software.

Required profile

• Strong interest in technology, demonstrated through personal projects, a GitHub profile or similar.
• Tax knowledge is a plus; ability to learn tax concepts quickly is essential.
• Analytical mindset, excellent Excel skills and good command of English.
• Willingness to dive deep into tax requirements and solve complex business cases.
