About the role
KPMG’s Tax, Legal and Accountancy (TLA) Technology team is looking for a Tax AI and Technology Advisor to help organisations transform their tax function through data, AI and automation. Based at our Zaventem headquarters, you will work on a variety of client and internal projects, becoming an expert in KPMG’s technology solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Guide and support end‑to‑end implementation of the KPMG Digital Gateway (including GenAI) platform.
- Gather requirements and perform functional analysis for tax‑focused solutions such as BEPS Pillar II transfer‑pricing projects.
- Collaborate with European teams to design and deploy AI‑driven tax automation tools.
- Conduct process‑improvement workshops, trainings and tax‑control framework implementations.
- Perform ERP VAT health checks, customize tax‑return software, and create data‑analytics dashboards.
- Support go‑to‑market activities, including client demos and dashboard preparation.
Required profile
- At least two years of experience in tax technology or a client‑facing tax role.
- Strong interest in technology and willingness to work hands‑on with tax requirements.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills; fluency in English (Dutch or French a plus).
- Tax qualification is an asset but not mandatory.
