Tax Accounting & Reporting Expert (IFRS/US GAAP)

About the role

Within the Managed Services department we provide end‑to‑end finance, accounting and tax solutions for large multinational clients. We are seeking a Tax Accounting and Reporting Expert to help clients with tax provisions, disclosures and Pillar 2 (Global Minimum Tax) reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review periodic tax provision calculations (current and deferred) under IFRS, US GAAP and local GAAP.
• Perform effective‑tax‑rate reconciliations, tax position analyses and return‑to‑provision adjustments.
• Support the preparation of tax disclosures for group and statutory financial statements.
• Assist clients with Pillar Two data collection, quality assessments, impact analyses and jurisdictional ETR calculations.
• Integrate Pillar Two outcomes into tax accounting and help compute GloBE income, covered taxes and top‑up tax.
• Design and implement improvements to tax reporting processes, internal controls and governance frameworks.
• Contribute to technology‑enabled tax reporting solutions, often integrated with ERP or consolidation tools.
• Coach junior team members and collaborate with finance and tax teams to deliver high‑quality services.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in tax accounting, financial reporting or corporate tax, preferably in a multinational or Big 4 environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of corporate income tax and tax accounting under IFRS and/or US GAAP.
• Experience or strong interest in BEPS 2.0 / Pillar Two regulations and their impact on tax reporting.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Familiarity with tax reporting tools.
