About the role
We are looking for a Talent Researcher to proactively identify and engage top talent across global markets. This fully remote position supports high‑impact hiring needs for senior and hard‑to‑fill roles, helping to build strong pipelines for a diverse portfolio of positions.
Key responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates for senior and hard‑to‑fill positions using LinkedIn, job boards, and professional communities.
- Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Identify and engage passive candidates through personalized outreach.
- Conduct talent mapping and market research to inform strategic hiring.
- Utilise Boolean search, X‑Ray search, and other advanced sourcing techniques.
- Craft tailored outreach messages to improve response rates.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience in sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition in an international context.
- Strong written communication skills and ability to craft personalized outreach.
- English proficiency at B1+ level or higher.
- Curiosity, persistence, and a proactive approach to talent discovery.
