About the role

Gaming1 is seeking an experienced Talent Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team in Liège. You will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and onboarding the professionals who will drive the company’s continued growth in the gaming industry.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment cycle, from defining hiring needs to signing contracts.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and write compelling job descriptions.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates using structured interviews and assessment tools.
• Advise and support hiring managers throughout the decision‑making process.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
• Contribute to recruitment‑related projects and represent Gaming1 at events, meetups, and talent‑focused activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in tech, digital, or fast‑growing environments.
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruitment tools and platforms.
• Solid understanding of IT roles and terminology, or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to assess both technical competencies and soft skills.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple recruitments simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
