Talent Development Professional

About the role

As a Talent Development Professional at Umicore, you will help shape meaningful development experiences for employees across one of our business groups. You will support the rollout of global talent and learning initiatives while leading group‑specific projects that address local needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver talent development programs in collaboration with the Global Talent Centre of Excellence.
• Prepare materials, coordinate global processes, and support the delivery of learning activities.
• Gather insights on existing talent processes, propose improvements, and analyse related data.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing across regions and functions to ensure consistency in talent development.
• Take ownership of projects, provide coaching, and contribute to the continuous improvement of tools and methods.

Required profile

• Strong academic background in HR, psychology, business administration or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience supporting talent, learning or change initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage projects with energy and accountability.
• Analytical mindset combined with curiosity and pragmatic problem‑solving.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a matrix team.
