Senior Recruiter – Dutch/French Speaker for Healthcare Client

About the role

We are looking for a senior recruiter fluent in Dutch or French (and English) to support Johnson & Johnson’s manufacturing and supply‑chain hiring across EMEA. Based in Belgium (Beerse or Geel), you will work within AMS to deliver end‑to‑end recruitment for a leading healthcare and pharmaceutical client.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for manufacturing, production, warehousing, supply‑chain and blue‑collar roles across the EMEA region.
• Partner with hiring managers and client stakeholders to define job requirements, workforce planning and hiring priorities.
• Facilitate interview and selection processes, ensuring fair and effective hiring decisions.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data, reporting against service level agreements and KPIs.
• Identify and implement process improvements and best‑practice recruitment approaches.
• Provide regular, transparent communication to candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive experience.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Dutch, French or German, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment in a client‑focused environment within EMEA.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior hiring managers.
• Background recruiting for commercial, manufacturing, production, warehousing or supply‑chain roles in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities to align expectations and drive results.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requisitions in a fast‑changing environment.
