Talent Advisor – Dutch/French Recruiter

About the role

Randstad Sourceright is looking for a Talent Advisor to support its Daikin account in Belgium. Working from the Anderlecht office in Brussels on a hybrid schedule, you will partner with hiring managers to deliver high‑quality engineering and support talent for Daikin’s European operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering and support positions, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
• Conduct intake meetings, screen candidates, schedule and lead interviews.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pool through proactive sourcing and market research.
• Present candidates, extend offers and negotiate to secure acceptance.
• Serve as the single point of contact for hiring managers on assigned requisitions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide sourcing and screening support.
• Maintain real‑time activity records in the client’s ATS.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Daikin, increasing market awareness.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in engineering or business support roles.
• Proven ability to source, interview and place professional talent.
• Strong advisory skills and the capacity to develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Fluent in Dutch and French, with excellent communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
