Talent Acquisition Internship – Recruitment Support

About the role

Join ALTEN Belgium’s recruitment team as a Talent Acquisition Intern. Working under the supervision of the Recruitment Manager, you will gain hands‑on experience in sourcing, screening, and supporting the hiring process for future consultants and engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Review and screen CVs received through various recruitment platforms.
• Assess candidate profiles against job requirements and provide feedback.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracking tools.
• Participate in team meetings and assist with ad‑hoc recruitment activities.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Work Psychology, or a related field.
• Fluent in French with a good command of English.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Motivated to work in a dynamic, people‑focused environment.
