Systems Deployment Expert – Digital Workplace & Cloud

About the role

We are looking for a Systems Deployment Expert to join our Development team in Brussels. The role will involve close collaboration with a major client’s IT department, working on‑site at the customer’s premises or at our offices.

Key responsibilities

• Define Standard Operating Procedures for Digital Workplace solutions (M365, SharePoint Online, ServiceNow).
• Monitor daily operations, produce management reports and propose optimisations across on‑premise and cloud infrastructures (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Design and implement secure OS deployment and patching solutions for both on‑site computers and remote workers.
• Ensure deployment solutions do not overload network infrastructure and support hybrid hosting environments.

Required profile

• University degree in IT or related field with at least 15 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 4 years experience with Digital Workplace platforms such as M365, SharePoint and Confluence.
• Strong background in end‑user support, system testing, documentation and training.
• Deep knowledge of ITIL practices, solutions architecture and zero‑trust security.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure and/or AWS, including configuration, deployment and maintenance.
