System Administrator – PAS Level 2 (SharePoint & Database)

About the role

This position provides operational support for the PAS infrastructure, handling incidents and service requests while coaching Level 1 support staff. The role requires a proactive, ITIL‑aligned approach to improve services and maintain up‑to‑date Standard Operating Procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incidents and process service requests for PAS systems.
• Perform corrective maintenance, monitor performance and system alerts.
• Deploy and activate change packages submitted by L3 teams.
• Create and manage SharePoint site collections and deploy SharePoint applications.
• Administer key SharePoint services such as Managed Metadata, User Profiles and Search.
• Tune databases, monitor usage and storage, and ensure health of SharePoint farms.
• Implement security patches and compliance policies.

Required profile

• Intermediate knowledge of PAS, VMWare, and database management (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
• Basic experience with IaaS, DMZ, SSI and Microsoft SharePoint.
• Familiarity with web hosting platforms (IIS, Apache).
• Ability to follow technical procedures and work in English.
• ITIL V4 Foundation certification.
