System Administrator (NATO Security Clearance Required)

About the role

We are seeking a System Administrator to support multiple agency networks, ensuring secure and reliable workstation operations. The role requires a valid NATO SECRET clearance and fluency in English.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain operational workstation baselines across agency networks.
• Deploy security updates, antimalware, and data‑loss‑prevention endpoints.
• Implement security hardening via group policies and settings.
• Generate automated reports on licensing usage and capacity management.
• Load users and workstations into a datacentre‑centric infrastructure.
• Install and document remote application provisioning services, including Windows RemoteApp.
• Coordinate with the Centralised Service Desk for incident, problem, and change management.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, especially Windows 7 and Windows 8.1.
• Extensive experience managing large Active Directory environments.
• Professional certifications such as MCITP.
• Proficiency with client provisioning tools like MDT and SCCM.
• Hands‑on experience troubleshooting client OS and software provisioning issues.
• Familiarity with application provisioning technologies and REACH/NCIA procedures.
• Fluent English communication skills.
