Supply Chain Officer

About the role

Our client, an international organization operating in a dynamic industrial and logistics environment, is seeking a Supply Chain Officer for its Antwerp logistics team. The role involves coordinating inbound and outbound goods flows and ensuring efficient, accurate warehouse and supply‑chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate receiving and shipping activities.
• Monitor transit goods, returns, and stock management processes.
• Handle logistics administration, documentation, and non‑conformities.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding deliveries and operational issues.
• Support warehouse organization, process improvements, and compliance procedures.

Required profile

• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Experience in logistics or supply‑chain operations.
• Knowledge of road, air, and sea freight processes.
• Basic understanding of customs regulations; dangerous‑goods knowledge is a plus.
• Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
• Service‑oriented, solution‑focused and able to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using ERP systems.
