Supply Chain Manager

About the role

Bambaw, a Belgian sustainable lifestyle brand, is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to own the end‑to‑end supply chain, from Asian and EU procurement through European and North American hubs to final delivery. The role is hybrid based in Brussels and reports directly to the Co‑CEO/COO.

Key responsibilities

• Own the macro view of the full supply chain flow across Asia, Europe and North America.
• Maintain product availability across all channels with stockouts below target.
• Establish a precise cost baseline across freight, warehousing, duties and handling.
• Identify and execute savings levers to deliver measurable cost reduction.
• Make data‑driven decisions on freight routes, supplier terms and consolidation.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of three direct reports.
• Set clear expectations, track KPIs weekly and hold the team accountable.
• Map and assess the full supplier base, managing concentration risk and delivery performance.
• Develop key supplier relationships and execute mitigation plans for single points of failure.
• Own the supply chain workstream for new product launches, coordinating onboarding, compliance and first shipments.
• Collaborate with the product team to integrate supply chain requirements early in the development process.
