Supply Chain Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to take full ownership of our end‑to‑end supply chain, from Asian and EU procurement through European and North American hubs to final delivery. Reporting to the Co‑CEO/COO, you will lead a team of three and ensure products reach customers reliably and cost‑effectively while building autonomous processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the macro view of the supply chain across Asia, Europe and North America, managing procurement, production, 3PL hubs and fulfillment.
• Maintain product availability across all sales channels, keeping stockouts below target.
• Establish cost baselines for freight, warehousing, duties and handling and drive measurable cost reductions.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of three, set KPIs, and build structures that allow founders to step back from daily operations.
• Map supplier base, assess concentration risk, develop key relationships and implement mitigation plans such as dual‑sourcing and buffers.
• Own the supply‑chain workstream for new product introductions, coordinating supplier onboarding, compliance and first shipments.
• Document and standardise supply‑chain processes and systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end supply‑chain operations in an international environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making.
• Ability to lead and develop a small team, set clear expectations and track performance.
• Experience with procurement, logistics, inventory planning and risk mitigation.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
