Supply Chain Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead a strategic site in Flanders that combines production and distribution activities. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless material flows and supporting the company’s operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all supply chain and logistics functions, including procurement coordination, planning, inventory, and distribution.
• Manage the on‑site logistics team and coordinate outsourced transport activities.
• Ensure smooth inbound and outbound material flows aligned with production schedules and customer requirements.
• Drive the S&OP process, aligning workload and capacity with manufacturing operations.
• Monitor and optimise inventory levels and warehouse performance using ERP and WMS systems.
• Define and track KPIs and dashboards, participating in business performance reviews.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives and support the structuring of processes and organisation.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of supply chain experience in an industrial environment.
• Proven experience in operational team management.
• Strong leadership and assertiveness, with the ability to stabilise and structure an evolving organisation.
• Fluent Dutch; professional English and French required.
