Supply Chain Coordinator – International Freight & Amazon Logistics

About the role

As a Supply Chain Coordinator you will own the end‑to‑end physical flow of our sustainable products, from factories in China to shelves across Europe, the UK, the US and Canada. Working in a hybrid setting, you will be the central liaison for freight forwarders, 3PL warehouses and Amazon fulfillment networks, ensuring timely delivery and accurate inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Manage international freight from China, coordinating sea‑freight bookings, customs clearance and last‑mile delivery to regional warehouses.
• Oversee Amazon FBA and AWD inbound shipments across four regions, handling labeling, packaging, appointment scheduling and auto‑replenishment.
• Serve as the single point of contact for 3PL partners, coordinating inbound receiving, outbound dispatch, intra‑warehouse transfers and new‑product onboarding.
• Maintain inventory accuracy in ERP, Amazon Seller Central dashboards and internal tracking spreadsheets, resolving discrepancies within 48 hours.
• Track logistics costs per shipment and per unit, validate 3PL invoices and flag risks before stock‑outs occur.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing international logistics, freight forwarding and 3PL operations.
• Ability to work independently from day one and collaborate closely with procurement and supply‑chain leadership.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy and proactive risk management.
