Supplier Accounting Manager – Limburg, Belgium

About the role

We are seeking a Supplier Accounting Manager to join our international organisation in Limburg. In this position you will lead a team responsible for supplier‑related finance processes, protect margins and drive value recovery across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team focused on supplier accounting and recovery processes.
• Manage supplier rebates, claims, price protection, returns and inventory‑related activities.
• Work closely with suppliers to recover value and support gross‑margin optimisation.
• Ensure accurate reconciliations, reporting and financial controls.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Partner with accounting, automation and business teams to improve processes.
• Act as a key contact for auditors and ensure compliance with financial policies.
• Identify process improvements and support finance transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Finance professional with strong accounting knowledge and a commercial mindset.
• Experience in accounting, supplier accounting, AP, controlling or finance business partnering.
• Solid understanding of balance sheets, debits/credits, reconciliations and financial controls.
• Proactive, hands‑on approach with strong communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
