Strategy & Ops Associate

About the role

Conveo is an AI research platform scaling fast. The Strategy & Ops Associate will work in GTM Operations to diagnose performance leaks, own workstreams in cross‑functional projects and turn successful motions into repeatable playbooks.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct rigorous diagnostics of functional processes, pulling data, building cohorts and interviewing operators to identify revenue or time leaks.
• Own and drive a workstream within strategic cross‑functional projects, managing planning, cadence, artefacts and delivering measurable v1 solutions quickly.
• Document and hand over playbooks, creating templates, dashboards and automation, and train functional teams to run the processes independently.

Required profile

• 1–3 years experience at a top strategy consulting firm (MBB, Big 4 Strategy, etc.) or 2+ years in a high‑velocity operator role such as BizOps, RevOps, or early‑stage startup generalist.
• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to pull data, build models and test assumptions independently.
• Excellent written communication and proven ability to own projects end‑to‑end without hand‑holding.
• Experience collaborating across functions and influencing without formal authority.
