Strategy Consultant – TMT (Media, Telecom & Technology)

About the role

Monitor Deloitte is seeking a Strategy Consultant to join its TMT (Media, Telecommunications & Technology) practice. You will work with leading corporations and public organisations, helping senior leaders solve complex strategic challenges and drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support clients in the TMT sector with business‑critical issues, from growth strategy to cost transformation.
• Collaborate with Partners, Directors and Senior Managers to develop hypotheses, analyse data and design actionable plans.
• Provide forward‑looking insights on strategic topics affecting clients and help define initiatives to execute the chosen strategy.
• Lead project delivery, coordinate stakeholder engagement and guide junior team members.
• Engage directly with C‑suite executives, presenting findings and recommendations both verbally and in written reports.
• Contribute to business development activities and help build long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

• Strong academic background with undergraduate and graduate credentials.
• 2‑4 years of experience in a top consultancy, strategy house or in‑house strategy team within media, telecommunications or technology.
• Proven track record addressing growth, market expansion and performance‑improvement initiatives.
