Senior Hardware Development Engineer

About the role

Help shape the hardware behind mission‑critical communication systems at Televic Conference. As a senior engineer you will translate product requirements into robust hardware solutions for worldwide conference environments.

Key responsibilities

• Translate product requirements into reliable and innovative hardware solutions.
• Design and develop embedded hardware platforms, including multi‑layer PCB designs up to 12 layers.
• Select components, processor platforms and high‑speed interfaces.
• Drive hardware validation, testing and debugging to ensure optimal performance.
• Ensure compliance with EMC, safety and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to bring products to market.
• Support transition from prototype to production, guaranteeing manufacturability and testability.
• Contribute to technical decision‑making and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of hardware development experience for embedded systems.
• Strong knowledge of analog, digital and mixed‑signal electronics.
• Experience with hardware validation, debugging and laboratory testing.
• Familiarity with communication interfaces and processor‑based systems.
• Understanding of EMC/EMI design principles.
