Strategy Consultant

About the role

Accenture is looking for a Strategy Consultant to join its Strategy & Consulting team in Brussels. You will work on high‑impact engagements for leading organisations, helping them define growth strategies, redesign operating models and drive digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Support the definition of corporate, business and growth strategies for clients.
• Analyse market trends, competitive landscapes, customer behaviours and financial performance.
• Develop strategic recommendations and business cases to inform executive decision‑making.
• Contribute to operating model design, transformation roadmaps and value‑creation plans.
• Translate strategy into actionable initiatives, often collaborating with technology and industry experts.
• Prepare high‑quality client deliverables, including presentations, analyses and executive materials.
• Work closely with client teams and Accenture colleagues in multidisciplinary, international project teams.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Management or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in strategy consulting or a relevant industry role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation development.
• Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, team‑based environments.
• Curiosity, client‑oriented mindset and comfort with ambiguity.
