Sales Advisor – Retail (Brussels)

About the role

Join Nestlé’s Field Sales department as a Sales Advisor reporting to the Regional Field Sales Manager. You will act as a brand ambassador for Nestlé’s retail portfolio, visiting small and medium‑sized clients across Brussels.

Key responsibilities

• Visit small and medium‑sized retail clients daily, representing Nestlé’s brands.
• Collaborate with a Sales Activator (Merchandiser) and manage the merchandising budget for in‑store activations.
• Follow up on client visits, track sales performance and report market insights.
• Analyze data, provide feedback to the category activator, and support strategic decisions.
• Create and maintain an efficient routing plan to meet sales objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in French and Dutch; conversational English is a plus.
• Strong commercial drive, autonomous work style and excellent planning skills.
• Customer‑focused with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of information.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel daily.
