About the role
Amazon is seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to work with top Belgian brands on its Marketplace platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping brands integrate their offers and grow their business across Europe.
Key responsibilities
- Develop long‑term relationships with leading Belgian brands and support their Marketplace integration.
- Achieve business and financial targets while driving third‑party growth across the EU.
- Identify scalable opportunities to improve the Marketplace for all sellers and manage roll‑outs.
- Share best practices with global teams (EU, US, Asia) and uncover new growth avenues.
- Conduct deep‑dive analyses to understand seller performance and accelerate growth.
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketplace to pinpoint category‑specific opportunities.
- Lead projects that enhance customer and seller experience, working with internal and external stakeholders.
Required profile
- Fluency in Dutch and/or French, plus fluent English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Mid‑senior experience in account management consulting, product management or sales management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to simplify complex concepts.
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
- Highly organized, results‑oriented and comfortable making decisions in a fast‑moving environment.
