Client Advisor (Dec‑Jan) – Brussels

About the role

AMI is seeking Client Advisors for its boutique in Brussels for a short‑term assignment from December to the end of January. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will drive sales and build lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a friendly attitude, understand their needs and propose relevant product selections while encouraging cross‑selling.
• Assist customers during fittings, manage alterations and foster long‑term loyalty.
• Handle stock processes: receive goods, update inventory systems, request restocking and transfers.
• Maintain store presentation, cleanliness and visual merchandising according to brand guidelines.
• Participate actively in visual merchandising rotations and propose layout options.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in high‑end ready‑to‑wear sales.
• Cheerful, dynamic, team‑oriented and results‑driven with strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in French and English; additional language is a plus.
• Passionate about fashion, with a good understanding of industry trends.
