About the role
Waterdrop® is looking for a Store Manager to lead one of its retail locations. You will be the brand ambassador, driving sales, managing costs and delivering an outstanding customer experience in a fast‑growing, sustainability‑focused company.
Key responsibilities
- Represent the Waterdrop® brand and uphold its core values in daily store operations.
- Achieve sales targets while controlling store expenses and reporting weekly performance metrics.
- Recruit, schedule and develop store staff, ensuring training aligns with the Elevate Management Development Programme.
- Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, cleanliness and stockroom organization.
- Lead customer service initiatives, handle feedback and continuously improve the in‑store experience.
- Plan and execute local events, marketing activities and B2B sales opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and company policies.
- Identify and develop future store managers through succession planning.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a retail environment with a strong focus on customer service, product presentation and commercial management.
- Ability to manage budgets, analyse sales data and make cost‑effective decisions.
- Leadership skills to motivate teams, conduct training and provide performance feedback.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
