Spa House Attendant

About the role

The Spa House Attendant joins the Seafire Spa team to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests. You will support daily operations, interact with guests, and help deliver the high‑standard service the resort is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain clean and orderly work areas, including locker rooms, steam room, spa garden, washrooms, and relaxation rooms.
• Set up and replenish lockers, refreshments, and public spa supplies.
• Assist guests with hospitality, answer inquiries, provide spa tours, and handle special requests.
• Collect and deliver fresh and used linens and terry items.
• Prepare beverages for guest consumption and uphold strict hygiene standards.
• Monitor and restock operational and guest supplies.
• Perform additional duties as needed to ensure smooth spa operations.

Required profile

• Passion for customer service and strong verbal communication.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• 1‑2 years experience in a luxury spa, resort, hospitality, or housekeeping environment.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry at least 25 lb and stand or walk up to 8 hours.
• Flexible schedule – evenings, weekends, and holidays.
