Solution Consultant – Supply Chain Software

About the role

As a Solution Consultant you will dive deep into our industry‑specific supply‑chain software, enhancing its functionality and ensuring it meets the needs of Fortune‑500 customers. You will work closely with project teams to design, test, and document high‑quality solutions that add real value to global supply chains.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, formulate, and map business and project requirements to the industry solution’s functionalities.
• Gather new requirements and continuously develop new functionalities for the solution.
• Validate new features with stakeholders and ensure they are fully tested and documented.
• Provide expert support during implementation, collaborating with the customer’s project team from start to finish.
• Offer ongoing industry‑solution knowledge during and after project delivery.

Required profile

• University degree in engineering, business engineering, computer science or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Passion for working in a multinational, customer‑driven environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Required skills

• Macro coding similar to VBA.
• SQL knowledge.
• Experience with a versioning (version control) system.
