Social Media Manager & Digital Production Coordinator

About the role

Alter Learning is seeking a creative storyteller and digital builder to lead its social media presence and coordinate digital production for its STEAM games and XR learning ecosystem. This remote position blends strategic social media management with hands‑on content creation to boost global engagement for K‑14 education.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Produce, edit, and schedule multimedia content (videos, graphics, interactive demos) that showcases Alter Learning’s XR and AI‑enhanced educational games.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to align content with product launches and curriculum milestones.
• Monitor community feedback, analytics, and trends to refine content performance and audience growth.
• Manage the digital production pipeline, ensuring timely delivery of assets and maintaining brand consistency.
