Social Media & Community Marketeer

About the role

Prado is looking for a Social Media & Community Marketeer to join its marketing team. You will work closely with designers, content creators and performance marketers, focusing on the US market while being based in Ghent.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing, updating and optimising social media accounts across multiple brands and markets.
• Create, schedule and publish posts in line with brand guidelines.
• Handle daily community management, responding to comments, questions and direct messages.
• Collaborate with US content creators and the performance marketing team to align activity across channels.
• Monitor engagement data and suggest improvements to content formats and frequency.
• Contribute to the development and execution of a social media content calendar with the branding team.

Required profile

• Experience or strong interest in social media management for multiple brands or markets.
• Familiarity with Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest or YouTube.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone of voice across brands.
• Organised, proactive, comfortable handling multiple tasks and eager to learn.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; French or German a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred, but candidates with less experience will also be considered.
