SME Accountant and Tax Advisor

About the role

PwC Business Services is looking for an experienced SME Accountant and Tax Advisor to join its senior associate team in Antwerp. You will work directly with a portfolio of small‑ and medium‑sized enterprise clients, supporting them on accounting, tax compliance and financial reporting matters.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review annual accounts, corporate tax, personal income tax and VAT returns for diverse clients.
• Provide budgeting, reporting and consolidation support tailored to each client’s needs.
• Assist clients with financial challenges related to operations, acquisitions, valuations and other transactions.
• Collaborate with PwC’s Project Resource Solutions team on temporary finance assignments, including ERP implementation and management reporting tools.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant or tax professional with several years of experience serving SME clients.
• Strong understanding of Belgian tax legislation and accounting standards.
• Ability to manage an independent client portfolio and deliver high‑quality work under tight deadlines.
