Service Desk Engineer – L1/L2/L3 IT Support

About the role
We are seeking multiple Service Desk Engineers to provide comprehensive IT support for a range of clients across several cities. The positions involve rotating day and night shifts, seven days a week, delivering L1, L2, and L3 assistance for hardware, software, and network incidents.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver first‑line, second‑line, and third‑line support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Communicate clearly with end‑users, gather incident details, and provide timely resolutions.
- Escalate complex problems to senior teams when necessary.
- Maintain accurate incident records and follow established service‑level agreements.
- Participate in shift rotations, covering both day and night schedules.
Required profile
- Fluent in French, Dutch, and English (mandatory).
- Minimum of 3 years experience in IT support or help‑desk environments.
- Ability to work flexible rotating shifts.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite.
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting VPN connections.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals.
