About the role

We are seeking a Service Desk Engineer to support a mission‑critical IT environment in Brussels. The role involves 24/7 first‑line support, incident and request management, and troubleshooting of Windows, Active Directory, hardware, software and basic network issues.

Key responsibilities

Provide first‑line support and manage incidents and service requests.
Troubleshoot Windows, Active Directory, hardware, software and basic networking problems.
Escalate complex incidents when required.

Required profile

2+ years of Service Desk or IT Support experience.
Fluent in French and Dutch.
Willingness to work rotating 24/7 shifts, including nights.
Strong communication, empathy, and customer orientation.
Resilient, proactive, reliable and comfortable working under pressure.
Previous night‑shift or 24/7 support experience is strongly preferred.

Required skills

Windows operating system.
Active Directory.
ITSM/ticketing systems.
Basic networking.
ITIL knowledge (a plus).
