Service Desk Agent – Digital Workplace Support

About the role
Netcompany is looking for a Service Desk Agent to join its Digital Workplace team in Belgium. You will be the first point of contact for employees, delivering technical assistance across multiple channels and ensuring smooth operation of everyday IT services.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line Digital Workplace support for software, applications and services.
- Handle user interactions via phone, ticketing portal, chat and messaging.
- Guide users on the correct use of IT tools and resolve incidents and service requests.
- Track and follow up on tickets until resolution.
Required profile
- University degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of IT support experience, including first‑line duties.
- Fluent English and French (minimum B2 level).
- Relevant certification such as MCSA Windows 10, Microsoft 365, Google IT Support or MOS is a plus.
Required skills
- Solid knowledge of network setup, protocols and antivirus management.
- Experience with backup/restore procedures, patching and software deployment.
- Understanding of printing and scanning systems and their troubleshooting.
