Server – Guest Service & Food & Beverage Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to our guests. You will be the face of the restaurant, creating memorable, personalized experiences while supporting smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, take orders, and process them accurately in the POS system.
• Serve food, beverages, and wine with courteous and timely service.
• Prepare and present meal accompaniments, open bottled wine, and manage sidework such as bussing, setting, and breaking down stations.
• Handle to‑go orders, assist with reservations, and answer phones as needed.
• Calculate bills, process payments, and ensure proper cash and credit‑card handling.
• Maintain product knowledge of menu items, wine list, and allergy information.
• Address guest complaints promptly and uphold a teamwork‑focused environment.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar server or hospitality role (preferred).
• Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness certifications (if applicable).
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
