About the role

We are looking for an experienced SEO-AEO Engineer to lead end‑to‑end search marketing campaigns for finance‑focused digital assets. You will shape content strategy, ensure technical SEO health, and integrate search initiatives with broader digital marketing efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage and execute SEO and AEO campaigns for finance clients.

• Produce high‑quality, optimized content for search visibility.
• Conduct regular technical SEO audits and on‑page optimization.
• Analyze performance data, create reports and dashboards.
• Stay current with AI‑powered search trends and apply them daily.
• Develop best‑practice guidelines for search marketing, especially around AI developments.
• Automate processes and leverage tools to improve efficiency.
• Integrate search marketing with other digital channels to meet broader marketing goals.
• Mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SEO with up‑to‑date knowledge of AI‑powered search results.
• Strong content strategist with deep understanding of search‑driven architecture, user intent, and buying journeys.
• Ability to define content themes, keyword strategies, and map content to buying journeys.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
