Senior Specialist – Pricing Excellence

About the role

As a Senior Specialist in Pricing Excellence at Mastercard, you will ensure the accuracy and operational effectiveness of the pricing ecosystem across Europe. Working at the intersection of pricing, product, operations and technology, you will translate business decisions into clear, structured information that supports customers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance pricing content repositories, guides, communications and supporting documentation.
• Ensure pricing information is accurate, consistent and aligned across multiple platforms.
• Support the lifecycle management of pricing changes from implementation through ongoing maintenance.
• Execute operational processes that support pricing governance and business readiness.
• Develop and maintain trackers, dashboards, workflows and reporting mechanisms to provide transparency on delivery status.
• Partner with Product, Finance, Customer Solutions, Technology and regional teams to collect, validate and maintain business information.
• Coordinate activities across stakeholders to ensure timely, high‑quality execution and facilitate review cycles and approvals.
• Identify opportunities to streamline manual activities through automation and improved tooling.
