About the role
We are looking for a Business Controller to join our headquarters in Tienen and act as a financial partner for operations, sales and other departments of the Belgian sugar refinery. You will focus on improving financial reporting tools and business performance dashboards while supporting cost‑and‑margin analysis across our six factories.
Key responsibilities
- Develop automated cost analyses and easy‑to‑understand dashboards.
- Provide recommendations that enable well‑founded business decisions.
- Maintain and monitor business data such as budgets, forecasts, cost targets and KPIs.
- Support monthly and yearly closings and the regular forecasting process.
- Collaborate with colleagues from the Südzucker Group and report to the Director of Controlling.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in economics or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business or operational controlling.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
