Senior Sourcing Manager

About the role

The Senior Sourcing Manager will lead the sourcing strategy for manufacturing equipment, technical services and operational supplies as Full-Life Technologies finalises its new radiopharmaceutical production facility in Belgium. After the facility becomes operational, the role will progressively incorporate manufacturing finance responsibilities, including budgeting, cost tracking and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a sourcing strategy for manufacturing equipment and services.
• Identify, evaluate, qualify and develop long‑term strategic suppliers.
• Negotiate equipment and service contracts under optimal commercial terms.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end procurement process across cross‑functional teams.
• Develop and maintain cost files, budgets and financial reports for manufacturing activities.
• Collaborate with finance, operations and R&D to ensure alignment with project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Significant experience in strategic sourcing or procurement for manufacturing environments.
• Strong negotiation and contract management capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with experience in budgeting and cost tracking.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving clinical‑stage biotech setting.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work onsite in Belgium.
