Senior Solution Architect – Hybrid Integration Platform

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead the design and evolution of a hybrid integration platform that connects Azure‑based services with private‑cloud and legacy systems. The role blends technical leadership, architecture design, and hands‑on development to support enterprise data management and electronic payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve technical architectures for hybrid integration platforms.
• Design integration solutions linking Azure environments with private‑cloud and legacy applications.
• Support implementation of Enterprise Data Management (EDM) and authoritative data source integrations.
• Create High‑Level Designs (HLD) and detailed technical specifications.
• Produce technical analysis, implementation documentation, and lead development activities.
• Participate in coding when required and mentor development teams.
• Ensure solutions are maintainable, scalable, secure, and operationally reliable.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in technical architecture for integration solutions.
• Strong expertise in hybrid integration architectures combining Microsoft Azure with private‑cloud or legacy systems.
• Advanced knowledge of event‑driven architecture in Azure.
• Professional proficiency in French and English; Dutch is a plus.

Required skills

• Microsoft Azure services: AKS, Service Bus, Event Grid, Storage, Functions, Workbooks, KQL.
• Containerization and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Kustomize.
• Integration middleware: WSO2 Enterprise Integrator, WSO2 API Manager, REST, SOAP, WS‑Security, SSO.
• Backend development: Java 11/17/21, J2EE, Quarkus, Spring Framework 6.x, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring‑WS, JPA/Hibernate.
• Enterprise Data Management (EDM) and authoritative data source integration.
• Electronic payment integration experience (Worldline SIPS, Xengo, Terminal CTE, PCOD files).
• Security, managed identities, network integration, and operational best practices.
