Senior Sales Manager – Digital Media

About the role

Locala, the leading commerce media platform, is expanding its Belgium sales team and is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive digital media revenue. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will lead business development and manage the full sales cycle for brand and agency clients across the Benelux region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients, scheduling meetings with agency and brand decision‑makers.
• Own the end‑to‑end sales process – from lead generation through closing and renewal – while meeting quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Collaborate with account‑management and trading teams to upsell and develop tailored digital strategies for clients.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data in Salesforce and other CRM tools, providing weekly updates to the team.
• Ensure high client satisfaction, retention and act as a trusted advisor.

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven sales experience in digital or mobile advertising.
• Established network of contacts within Benelux media agencies.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities, with fluency in English and Dutch and/or French.
• Analytical mindset, strategic thinking and ability to thrive in a fast‑changing environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM platforms).
