Senior Retail Consultant

About the role

As a Senior Retail Consultant at Sia, you will help leading retailers and consumer brands shape their future. You will work across strategy, transformation and implementation, partnering with senior business stakeholders to drive impact across marketing, product, pricing, commerce and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deliver strategic initiatives such as brand positioning, portfolio strategy and go‑to‑market models.
• Support transformation programmes including omnichannel strategy, pricing optimisation, category development and operational redesign.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to generate actionable insights for clients.
• Lead project framing, client interviews, benchmarking and co‑creation of recommendations.
• Work in agile, multidisciplinary teams and regularly interact with C‑level executives.

Required profile

• Approximately 4 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy or a strategic role within retail or consumer goods.
• Strong analytical abilities and good prioritisation skills.
• Interest in data and AI topics with the ability to quickly build expertise.
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch.
• Good understanding of the retail/consumer‑goods ecosystem is a strong plus.
